BBC - Black Belt Club
The Black Belt Club (BBC) is an upgrade level of curriculum and membership available to all LKC students that are yellow belt and enrolled in our basic karate program. This 36 month program is designed to give students a goal-oriented, intensive and curriculum based path to earn their 1st degree black belt. The membership includes:
- Special BBC classes, seminars and clinics
- Intermediate and Advanced Karate training
- Goal driven program to take you to Black Belt
- BBC Uniform
- Discounts on school merchandise and events
- Membership in a International Program
- Members participate in special goal-setting planning sessions
- Have their black belt waiting for them once they reach brown belt!
Membership in the BBC is divided into two categories. Students at yellow belt to purple belt can attend BBC classes and receive all of the above benefits. Students in the BBC program that have attained a purple belt or higher may attend the BBC+ program seminars. BBC+ members are designated by the all red uniforms. BBC members are designated by the black tops and white pants.
Interested students that wish to upgrade to the BBC program should be prepared for the following:
- Ready to earn their black belt
- Ready to upgrade into a 36 month program
- Ready to take their training up to the next level
