K.I.C.K.S.
(Kids Integrating Counseling and Karate Services)

The K.I.C.K.S. program is a new and exciting program designed for youth ages 7-13. This innovation program will provide diversion, treatment, and recreational alternatives to youth that are involved with legal systems, mental health issues and otherwise identified as at risk. With the unique combination of Taishin karate and counseling from Scott Walls, our goal is to offer the Lincoln area one of the most innovative and potentially effective programs for youths.

Karate Component

Karate lessons take place here at the Lincoln Karate Clinic. The practice is strenuous, yet fun and practical. Participants have the ability to test for promotions as they meet the requirements. There are many other benefits of practicing a traditional style of karate.

Counseling Component

Counseling will occur with Scott Walls. Mr. Walls is a licensed mental health counselor and has a well established practice specializing in children and adolescents with behavior issues. The K.I.C.K.S. Program will combine the excellent work of LKC with the services provided by Scott Walls at his counseling practice.
